Product Designer
I design for complexity — regulated industries, multi-sided user needs, new technology, and the messy middle between how systems work and what people actually need.

About Me
I'm a Senior Product Designer and Facilitator who builds meaningful interactive products by cultivating healthy, high-functioning cultures within design and dev teams — a scalable process I've applied at large financial institutions and early-stage startups alike.
Senior Product Designer at Wilmington Trust (part of M&T Bank), designing complex employee-facing applications for collateral, custody, and security operations.
UX Lead for AllianceBernstein.
Designed and managed the release of Nurse Backpack — [see case study →]
Led product design for several startup accelerator cohorts at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center.
Taught the UI/UX Digital Product Design night class at Nashville Software School, and co-developed the FEWDD Bootcamp (Front End Web Design & Development) with Brenda Long.
My team designed the first cable TV app for iPad — not a streaming app, a full replication of everything a cable box could do. It hit #1 on the App Store. There was no precedent to build from; we invented the interaction patterns as we went.
Outside of work: I co-founded Nashville Diaper Connection in 2013, and I'm lucky to have built a large extended family with the love of my life — including a 100+ pound dog. In another life, I'd be a full-time glassblower or a librarian.
